I am dedicated to empowering franchisees through tailored strategies that address their unique challenges. From localizing artwork and crafting support plans for struggling stores to mitigating new competitors' impact, enhancing trade area outreach, and providing event support, I ensure franchisees have the resources to succeed. This work involves managing a network of partners, including creative, PR, and social agencies, print and production vendors, and graphic designers. By coordinating these efforts, I deliver cohesive, impactful solutions that drive growth and foster stronger connections within local markets.

For all campaigns, I ensure alignment with our brand’s integrity and stakeholder goals, overseeing every aspect from ideation to execution. Additionally, I conduct annual trend analyses, examining industry shifts, competitor activity, and emerging ingredients to keep our offerings competitive.

local store marketing campaigns

I develop turnkey local store marketing opportunities designed to empower franchisees with easy-to-execute strategies that drive engagement and boost sales at the community level. During my time with Venley and associate brands, I started to develop my expertise in brand management by overseeing a wide range of responsibilities that ensured consistency and success across hundreds of licenses. From photographing and editing product images to managing the studio and creating engaging online environments, I was deeply involved in every aspect of the creative and operational process.

With direction from the founder and CEO, I developed and executed advertising strategies designed to optimize ROI, while also hosting photo and video shoots on budget to maintain a high standard of content production. Additionally, I created a seamless process linking our warehouse operations to online stores through Amazon FBA, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This comprehensive approach allowed me to strategically align creative efforts with business objectives, delivering measurable results across multiple platforms.

By designing user-friendly storefronts and maintaining brand integrity, I delivered seamless shopping experiences that engaged audiences and drove revenue. Additionally, I optimized hundreds of product listings, streamlining and consolidating them to maximize ROI for each item while ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketplace standards.

Affiliate Marketing management

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I developed and managed an affiliate program to distribute PPE, including reusable masks produced by our converted apparel warehouses under the brand SewCal Masks. Leading a team of 30 affiliates and their networks, I managed sales to hospitals, schools and DTC, ensuring efficient communication, logistical support, and strategic growth. This initiative met critical demand during a global crisis and showcased my ability to adapt operations, manage teams, and drive impactful results.

Personal development & community involvement

Below, you'll find more about me beyond what's on my resume—insights into my involvement with events, pop-up restaurants, and other personal experiences that shape who I am outside of my professional endeavors.

community

involvment

With a deep commitment to community engagement and personal passion projects, I’ve dedicated myself to several initiatives that align with my values of sustainability, creativity, and giving back. I’ve been actively reaching out to local farms in San Diego to get involved in regenerative farming and nutrition-focused initiatives. At the same time, I’ve explored my love for food through pop-up restaurants, curating unique culinary experiences across Southern California. Additionally, I’ve connected with several non-profits that focus on uplifting local communities, from hosting culinary fundraising events to supporting sustainable agriculture. These endeavors not only allow me to expand my skill set but also strengthen my connection to the causes that matter most to me.

community farms

I am excited to deepen my involvement in the farming community in San Diego. At the beginning of 2025, I reached out to local farmer's markets and farms in the area and am eagerly awaiting responses. Over the past four years, I have immersed myself in books about regenerative farming, aiming to better understand nutrition from a holistic and sustainable perspective. This knowledge has fueled my passion to actively engage with the farming community, where I hope to contribute to initiatives that promote sustainability, local food systems, and healthier nutrition practices.

POP-UP Restaurants

In 2021 I began curating my own menus for pop-up restaurants across Southern California, exploring some of my favorite culinary creations. I kicked things off with an Indian-inspired fried fish sandwich, followed by cooking tri-tip sandwiches in the desert for an Insomniac Production Team’s event. I also introduced a color-changing noodle dish, black onigiri in the shape of hearts (branded “Forbidden Love”), cooked tacos for Secret Walls Backyard Branded Events and hosted numerous dinner parties of my own, where my community and I shared recipes and created memorable meals. These experiences not only allowed me to experiment with my culinary passions but also provided an opportunity to connect with others through food and creativity. I would like to continue this in 2025.

non-profits in 2025

I have reached out to several non-profits with a focus on strengthening local communities. One initiative connects local chefs to host culinary fundraising events that support and uplift the community through amazing, handcrafted food. Other organizations aim to link local farmers with households, promoting fresh, sustainable food access. Additionally, I have started the conversation with a non-profit dedicated to cultivating impactful solutions that nourish communities while sustaining the earth. These connections allow me to align my passion for food, sustainability, and community development in meaningful ways.

personal

development

As part of my ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth, I have made a series of decisions that align with my passion for fitness, sustainability, and continued education. In 2024, I moved to San Diego to immerse myself in the local community, focusing on health, farming practices, and nutrition. I’m also actively participating in run clubs and fitness challenges to stay engaged with my health and wellness goals. At the same time, I’m pursuing the CAMP and PMP certifications in 2025, which will further enhance my project management skills and strategic brand development. These steps reflect my dedication to both my personal well-being and professional growth, as well as my continued drive to make meaningful contributions to the community and industry.

move to san diego, CA

In early 2024, I made the decision to move to San Diego to immerse myself further in my passions for health, farming practices, and sustainability. By July 2024, the move was complete, and I’ve since been able to explore these interests more deeply within a community that shares my values. This relocation marks a pivotal step in my personal and professional journey as I continue to pursue a deeper understanding of nutrition, holistic wellness, and the food and beverage space.

Run Clubs & fitness goals

Three years ago, I, along with 19 of my friends, came together to create and organize a fitness competition designed to keep us all engaged and motivated to stay active. We’ve established a reward system where participants earn points for every mile run and every 15 minutes spent in the gym or playing sports, ensuring we all remain committed to our personal fitness goals. Beyond this competition, I am also a member of a Pacific Beach run club, meeting weekly to further challenge myself and embrace a balanced, active lifestyle. This blend of friendly competition and community support drives me to consistently prioritize my health and fitness.

certifications in 2025

I have initiated the Certified ANA Marketing Professional (CAMP) program, with the goal of completing the final assessment by the end of February 2025. The CAMP program is designed to provide advanced marketing knowledge and strategic skills, enhancing my ability to drive success in marketing initiatives. I am pursuing this certification for continued education, allowing me to further excel in promoting my current employer while ensuring I maintain the certification. After completing CAMP, I plan to pursue my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further refining my skills in project management and ensuring ongoing professional growth.
